These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services. 

 

Services Provided

 

We offer mentoring services across multiple industries through the online platform Zoom. Our services are for one-on-one mentoring sessions only. Group sessions are not currently available. 

 

Payment & Refund Policy

• All fees are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and must be paid in full before the service is provided.

• We accept payments via [list payment methods].

• Refunds & Consumer Guarantees:

• Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation if our services are not delivered as promised, are not of acceptable quality, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee.

• However, change of mind refunds are not provided.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule without penalty. All cancellations must occur through the online portal by clicking here. E-mail requests to cancel are not accepted to ensure both yourself and your mentor are notified immediately. 

• Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiting the session fee.​

• If a Mentor needs to reschedule, they will offer an alternative time or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

 

Results Disclaimer

• Our mentoring services provide guidance and support, but we do not guarantee specific results.

• Your success depends on your individual efforts, circumstances, and actions.

 

Limitation of Liability

​

• To the extent permitted under Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.

 

Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Any information shared during mentoring sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

 

Intellectual Property

​

• All content, materials, and resources provided during mentoring remain our intellectual property.

• You may not distribute, modify, or resell any content without prior written consent. This includes any resources provided to you by a Mentor. 

 

Dispute Resolution

• If you have a concern, please contact us at hello@mentorsphereau.com, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or a relevant tribunal.

 

Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
